Job Responsilbities
As an ambitious and growing firm, we are looking to embrace the potential offered by business transformation. Reporting to our CEO and encompassing AI adoption, utilisation of our existing data assets/expertise, business process changes and project delivery, this role will take the lead in helping us deliver for our clients and staff; whilst creating a commercial roadmap for revenue generation and continual improvements.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned legal or change professional with a passion for taking hold of opportunities and realising them through our people.
- Articulating how we can benefit from the opportunities that new and upcoming legal technologies could provide, as well as the benefits of coupling those technologies with existing assets and expertise
- Being accountable for the identification, and delivery, of new lines of revenue generation
- Creating an innovation roadmap that balances commercial returns with strategic priorities, realised via projects that this role will lead.
- Ensuring appropriate change management disciplines are in place to realise lasting business changes
- Promoting our legal technology and innovation activity to clients, stakeholders, and the wider market
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments and trends in technology and innovation in the legal field and ensuring that the potential benefits for Devonshires are fully understood.
Skills Required
- Detailed understanding of the opportunities and challenges of innovation delivery in the legal field
- Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery abilities (focussed on business changes and AI)
- Proactive commercial mindset with the ability to generate and implement new ideas, as well as successfully take them to market
- Proven experience in operations, process improvement and technology implementation in the legal field
This role offers hybrid working - 3 days WFH/2 days office based.
