Your focus will be on fitness to practise cases - managing your own cases as well as guiding the team in navigating their own cases. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant experience in healthcare regulation and fitness to practise cases. You should be able to demonstrate proven management experience, with a talent for inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
