Housing & Property Litigation Solicitor London Competitive Salary Perm, Full-time 

My client is a leading law firm in London, seeking a talented Housing Management and Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a permanent role and contribute to the firm's success in this dynamic and continuously evolving area of law.- Manage a diverse caseload of housing and leasehold management, as well as property litigation matters- Collaborate with partners on complex cases and lead your own portfolio of work- Develop strong client relationships and showcase your commercial acumenPreferred Requirements:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of a caseload, including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, and cases before the FTT
  • Support the partners on large and more complex matters, while also managing your own caseload
  • Interact directly with clients, manage their expectations, and meet their deadlines
  • Assist in the supervision of junior staff and contribute to the team's marketing and business development efforts
  • Prepare and present training to clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in housing and/or leasehold management and/or property litigation
  • Demonstrated ability to run your own files and caseload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey clear and concise information
