- Prepare appeal bundles and visa applications for corporate and private clients.
- Provide expert advice on Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, British Nationality Law, EU Appendix laws, Skilled Worker, Innovator, Startup, Sole Representative, and more.
- Manage client applications, including Points System, Sponsor license, Spouse/Partner Visa, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and Nationality and Citizenship applications.
- Work independently, coordinating with clients and third parties, and communicating with the Home Office and Tribunal.
- Handle visa applications inside and outside the UK, especially fiancée and spouse UK visas.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the commercial aspects of immigration, including fee quoting, network building, and ensuring excellent client service.
- Business Immigration experience is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Commercial awareness in immigration law.
- Passion for UK Immigration Law and commitment to upholding applicants' rights.
- Minimum 1 year of PQE as an Immigration Solicitor.
- Exceptional organisational skills, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to commute to East London office.
