Responsibilities:
- As an Immigration Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration matters including visa applications, asylum cases, appeals, and more.
- Assist with work visas, sponsor licenses, and compliance.
- Assist with applications.
- Respond to clients' questions.
- Clarify complicated legal terms.
- Advise clients on what to expect while moving to a new country.
- Have a command in dealing with the below cases
- Visa applications and appeals
- Asylum and refugee cases
- Human rights applications
- Detention and deportation cases
- EU Settlement Scheme applications
- Family reunification cases
- Sponsor licensing for employers
- Naturalization and British citizenship applications
- Complex immigration cases and judicial review
- Modern slavery and human trafficking cases
About you:
- Degree educated
- Newly Qualified or up to 3 years PQE
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
