  • You'll play a key role in significant M&A work across the Group, so demonstrable experience of acting as the lead contact on corporate transactions.
  • Support Head of Legal on the day to day running of the Legal team, providing tailored advice to business functions including Operations, Facilities, Strategy.
  • High value contract negotiation up to £1billion.
  • Act as part of business wider project teams to ensure the Groups supply chain is robust and delivering value.
  • Provide support to senior stakeholders across the Group, ensuring decision making is made in a commercial fashion.
  • Support junior team members.
 Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ PQE in Corporate Law with significant experience of leading on M&A transactions,
  • In-House experience from a previous role or on secondment,
  • Finance experience would be desirable,
  • Experience of working closely with C-suite stakeholders is essential.
