- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, including NDAs and supplier agreements.
- Advising on intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory matters.
- Engaging with Government bodies, including the Home Office and Treasury, on legislative and policy matters.
- Providing strategic input on investments aimed at countering terrorist threats.
- Liaising with international security agencies on risk mitigation, including projects such as the removal of radiological materials from hospitals.
- Has 2-4 years’ PQE, ideally with strong experience in commercial contracts.
- Brings public sector experience, government advisory work, or familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
- Possesses strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with senior government and industry figures.
- Has an interest in national security, public policy, and financial risk would be advantageous.
