- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales. As a guide our client would expect you to need a minimum of at least 6 years of post-qualification experience.Â
- Extensive experience in commercial law, specifically in technology, software contracts, and data protection.Â
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law is highly desirable.Â
- Previous experience in a reputable boutique national or international law firm or as an in-house lawyer for a multinational company, ideally within the professional services or technology sectors.Â
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to engage with both legal and commercial issues.Â
- A pragmatic and commercial approach with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior management and internal teams.Â
- Willing to mentor more junior members of the legal team when required.
- Basic Salary £100-115k
- Hybrid working. Office is based in London with hybrid working 2 office days per week, with Thursday being a mandatory office day.
