Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal advice on non-contentious IP and data matters, including intellectual property transactions, licensing agreements and data privacy compliance
- Advise on and draft complex commercial agreements, especially those relating to technology and data protection
- Play an active role in developing client relationships and supporting the growth of the firm's IP/Data practice through business development
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-6 years of PQE with a strong focus on non-contentious IP and data law
- Solid experience in intellectual property rights, technology agreements and data protection regulations, particularly GDPR
- A background in advising clients within the technology, media or data-heavy industries is an advantage
- A proactive, client-focused approach, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
