A leading international law firm at the forefront of intellectual property work in the UK is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property team, focusing on transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to advise a high-profile client base on a broad range of non-contentious IP matters, including M&A, equity capital markets, spin-outs, investment rounds, restructurings, joint ventures, licensing, collaborations, and financings.
