As an associate in this team, you will engage with a variety of contentious IP matters, working across complex disputes in the High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, and advising on registry proceedings and broader portfolio management. The role provides exposure to groundbreaking cases and cutting-edge legal challenges, blending contentious and advisory elements.

  • Managing key workstreams in IP disputes, including disclosure exercises, trial preparation, and witness/ expert coordination.
  • Advising on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including trade mark validity, copyright infringement, and design law.
  • Acting in registry proceedings and providing standalone advice on critical IP issues.
  • Managing and advising on trade mark portfolios for a diverse client base.
  • Participating in strategic discussions with clients and counsel.
