Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage IP litigation in UK and European courts
- Advise clients on complex IP issues and strategies
- Support senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation and advisory matters
- Engage with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm for cohesive case management
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with around 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in IP law, focusing on contentious matters
- Strong interest in IP litigation and advisory work
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle complex legal matters
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Proven academic background in law, with a specific focus or interest in intellectual property
