A leading property investment and development firm with a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its dynamic in-house legal team. Based in the heart of London’s West End, this is an exciting opportunity to provide legal support on a wide range of matters, working on high-profile transactions and projects.The role:This is a high-profile role in a well-established firm with £6bn of assets. Whilst the company’s focus is real estate, the successful Legal Advisor can look forward to a broad in-house role which will also involve the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts and advising on litigation matters, too.
  • Provide legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Handle residential litigation matters, representing the company in court and managing related legal processes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Advise on property management issues, including tenant disputes, property maintenance, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as required.
About you:
  • 3-5 years of in-house experience in real estate, property development, or property management.
  • Knowledge of property management issues and local property regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
