Legal Counsel - Commercial/Supply Chain

Salary - £75,000 - £100,000 per annum + bonus
Location: London - hybrid working available
LHH Recruitment Solutions are working with an international company who are looking for a Legal Counsel to support supply chain, marketing, and product teams. You'll provide expert legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company values and legal standards. This role is ideal for a proactive, motivated individual eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to supply chain, marketing, and other key teams.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Support supply chain strategies and processes to drive growth.
- Advise marketing on product claims, advertising, and consumer law.
- Collaborate on UK, EMEA, and global legal projects as needed.
- Manage external counsel and relationships with third-party stakeholders.
- Implement systems to optimise legal services and mitigate risk.
- Stay updated on legal developments and adjust processes as required.
Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 3-7 years PQE, strong in commercial contracts.
- In-house legal experience preferred; supply chain experience is a plus.
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work cross-functionally.
