Your new roleTheir experienced litigation team deals with a wide range of issues, including contractual claims and disputes, property disputes, sales of goods and products disputes, boundary and neighbour disputes, nuisance and trespass claims, landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence claims, and disputes concerning wills and intestacy. The firm strives to make the dispute resolution process as straightforward as possible, and if a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion or mediation, they are well-equipped to represent clients in court proceedings. What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• A strong background in litigation.
• The ability to work on your own and in a team where needed.
• The ability to be organised.
