Reputable Central London law firm are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to head up and run their well-established and busy litigation department. This is a full-time, permanent role with potential for hybrid working. The firm are looking for a candidate with solid litigation experience, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes. 聽 Key Responsibilities: 路Lead and manage the Commercial Litigation department, overseeing a team of solicitors, paralegals and support staff 路Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, corporate disputes, business disputes, various injunctions and insolvency-related litigation 路Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively represented 路Mentor and develop junior members of the team, providing support and guidance to enhance their professional growth 路Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards within the department 路Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business 路Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and generate new business for the firm 聽 Required Skills and Qualifications: 路A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial litigation 路Proven experience in managing complex commercial litigation cases with excellent knowledge of diverse laws and relevant procedures 路Demonstrable leadership and management experience 路Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships 路Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills 路Ability to work under pressure, manage a high-volume caseload, and meet deadlines 路A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical and decision-making skills 路A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and upholding the firm's reputation 聽 Benefits: 路Competitive salary in the range of 拢50,000 - 拢60,000 per annum, depending on experience 路Opportunities for career progression within the firm 路Comprehensive benefits package, including pension and holiday allowance 路Supportive and collaborative work environment 路Hybrid working considered 聽 Apply with CV for vacancy JO9357.
