A well regarded London law firm is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to provide holiday cover for two weeks in 2025. This is a unique chance to join a well-established firm and make a significant impact during this temporary assignment.
Key Experience:- Proven experience in commercial property litigation.
- Strong knowledge of 1954 Act lease renewals (opposed and unopposed) and breach of lease covenants.
- Familiarity with general property law matters, including trespass, encroachment, and easements.
- Expertise in handling problematic residential eviction cases, particularly challenging tenant situations or previously struck-out cases.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
