Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to assist at a reputable firm based in the Home Counties to start in February, for up to 6 months in duration.The OpportunityWe are partnering with a reputable, friendly firm in the Home Counties to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The role is anticipated to last 3-6 months whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The Locum Private Client Solicitor will be required to work 3 days per week, with 2 days in the office and 1 from home. ResponsibilitiesThe successful Locum will manage a mixed caseload of private client matters including:
- Probate
- Wills
- Trusts
- Estates
- LPAs
The locum will benefit from highly experienced secretarial support and other Fee Earners in the team.Benefits

Requirements
- At least 8 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor
- Experience handling busy and mixed caseloads of private client work
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
