Locum Solicitor Advocate (Immigration – First-Tier Tribunal Litigation)
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor Advocate specialising in first-tier tribunal litigation with a focus on immigration law. This is a locum position, working with a leading law firm that require immediate support from a solicitor capable of representing clients in court and managing complex tribunal matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Representing clients in first-tier tribunal immigration cases, including full court representation.
- Handling complex litigation from inception to resolution.
- Providing expert legal advice on a range of immigration issues.
- Collaborating with solicitors and legal teams to ensure comprehensive client representation.
- Qualified Solicitor Advocate with proven experience in immigration law and first-tier tribunal litigation.
- Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients in court.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
Location: LondonContract Type: LocumSalary: Competitive, based on experience.
