- Solicitor who Specialises in Mental Health Law
- Membership in the Law Society's Mental Health Tribunal Panel
- Managing a caseload of Mental Health Law matters
- Representing clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers' hearings
- Attending Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Section 117 aftercare meetings
- Meeting fee-earning targets and maintaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Contributing to business development and marketing efforts
- Primarily remote work

- Requires strong independent working skills, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skills
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
- Mental Health Tribunal Panel membership
