This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor who is enthusiastic about developing a career in corporate law with a specific focus on healthcare mergers and acquisitions.About the Role:In this role, you will work alongside experienced solicitors on high-value M&A transactions for clients in the healthcare sector, including private clinics, medical practitioners, and healthcare investment firms. You will gain hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and supporting senior team members in all aspects of corporate transactions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting due diligence, and coordinating transaction closings.
