A highly regarded national firm is seeking a commercially focused Partner to join their growing Real Estate team in Central London. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Partner with a strong background in office, hotel, logistics, or renewable energy sectors, who is looking to build their practice within a forward-thinking and well-resourced platform.

The successful Partner will join a team with deep sector expertise and strong client relationships across commercial real estate, with a particular focus on high-value investment and development matters. The Partner's role

As a Partner, you will be instrumental in leading and developing workstreams across the office, hotel, logistics, and renewables sectors. This includes managing existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering complex transactional work. You'll collaborate closely with other senior lawyers, as well as planning, construction and tax specialists, to provide a full-service offering to clients.

You'll be expected to demonstrate leadership both internally and externally, mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to thought leadership and actively participating in sector-focused business development initiatives.

The Partner
  • You will be an experienced Partner or a senior real estate solicitor ready to step up.
  • Demonstrable experience advising clients across at least one of the following sectors: office, hotels, logistics or renewables.
  • Strong client following or a credible business case for generating work.
  • Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and commercial acumen.
  • England & Wales qualified solicitor.
