The Patent Litigation team is consistently ranked in the top tier across major directories and is recognized for its formidable expertise in handling a diverse range of patent disputes.The team are seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 3-6 years PQE to join their dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patent litigation and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within partner-led teams while taking on significant responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various types of patent disputes, including infringement, validity, and ownership issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on related matters, including life sciences regulation, competition law, and licensing disputes.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support knowledge management within the team.
  • Depending on seniority, manage and mentor junior lawyers.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • 3+ Years PQE in patent litigation.
  • STEM background
  • A strong interest in business development with a willingness to engage in client-facing activities.
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
