My Client based in London is seeking a Planning Solicitor for an ongoing interim position.
The role involves advising the Planning Committee and providing expert guidance on planning policy, including Local Plans.
Responsibilities also include negotiating and drafting Section 106 agreements, Section 278 agreements, and Section 38 agreements.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in planning law.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
