Embark on an exciting journey with a prestigious firm as a Private Client Associate/Senior Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial futures of their high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. - Become an integral part of a thriving Private Wealth and Succession Planning department.- Collaborate closely with experienced Directors to provide expert tax and planning advice.- Develop a reputation as a specialist in the field, contributing to the firm's growth and success.Preferred Requirements:

  • Advise HNW/UNHW clients on tax affairs and asset structuring to mitigate income tax, CGT, and IHT.
  • Draft and advise on FICS, FLLPs, and offshore structures, while liaising with HMRC.
  • Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including cross-jurisdictional matters and trusts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Participate in business development and support the development of junior lawyers in the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Senior Associate level with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in advising HNW/UNHW clients on tax and asset structuring.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in drafting and advising on FICS, FLLPs, offshore structures, and estate planning.
