- Assisting senior solicitors with a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
- Advising clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth management, inheritance tax planning, and the administration of estates.
- Drafting legal documents such as wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, providing practical and tailored advice to clients.
- Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and other third parties, ensuring the smooth administration of estates and trusts.
- Conducting legal research to support senior solicitors in complex matters and keeping up to date with changes in private client law.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with clear, concise, and empathetic advice.
- Newly Qualified Solicitor with up to 1-year PQE, ideally with a private client seat during your training contract.
- A solid understanding of private client law, including wills, trusts, and probate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing your workload.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to client care.
- Familiarity with private client software and Microsoft Office.
