- Manage a diverse caseload, including complex tax and trust matters, wills, probate, and Court of Protection work.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on tax, trusts, deputyships, and probate.
- Engage in business development activities to support the growth of the department.
- Communicate effectively with clients and professional contacts, maintaining the firm’s high standards of client care.
- Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within the team, supporting senior members as needed.
- Use the firm’s case management system efficiently and effectively.
- A minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law.
- Strong knowledge of tax, trusts, deputyships, probate, and wills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficient in IT and experienced with case management systems.
