My client is seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join their team, specialising in private client services. Day-to-day of the role:- Provide legal advice and services to clients in areas related to private client law, including wills, estates, and trusts.
- Manage client files effectively, ensuring that all client work is progressed timely and that clients are kept regularly informed on progress and costs.
- Engage in the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to probate and estate management.
- Participate in training sessions on probate services to enhance your expertise and service delivery.
- Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to handle complex cases and develop strategies for client representation.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in the UK.
- Strong understanding of private client law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive client relationships.
