Private Client Solicitor Central London Top 100 Firm 

My client is a Top 100 law firm seeking an experienced Private Client solicitor to work on complex estate planning, succession advice, trusts, wills, and probate matters.- Become a trusted advisor to individuals, families, trustees, family or owner-run businesses, and trust companies both in the UK and internationally.- Contribute to the team's strong focus on continuity and fostering close long-term relationships with clients and contacts.- Grow your and the department's practice by taking ownership of client interactions and their other advisers and intermediaries.Preferred Requirements:

  • Assist senior members of the team in managing a caseload of complex estate planning, succession advice, trusts, wills, and probate.
  • Take client instructions and advise on the law, tax, and legal practical commercial issues.
  • Draft relevant deeds, documents, advice notes, letters, and correspondence tailored to the client's individual needs and requirements.
  • Run and manage files as required, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a sometimes pressurized environment.
  • Contribute to the team's business development efforts, leveraging your interest and aptitude for this aspect of the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in Private Client Law.
  • Excellent attention to detail to produce high-quality work and documentation, with a flexible approach to ensure client deadlines are always met.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and liaise with other internal departments and external contacts.
