Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of solicitors and legal executives, fostering effective performance and team development
- Achieve performance targets to contribute to the firm's ongoing success
- Develop new business opportunities through networking events and collaboration with other partners
- Handle a diverse caseload, including wills, probate, tax, trusts and LPAs

Requirements
- 8+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Proven experience in managing teams
