A regional, top 200 law firm are currently on the lookout for a private client solicitor to join their team in South West London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  • Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
  • Managing probate and the administration of estates.
  • Providing tax planning advice, including inheritance tax.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Keeping up-to-date with legal developments and changes in the private client sector.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Private Client Solicitor (2-4 years' PQE)
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of work.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
