The role involves advising on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate matters, and managing complex estates, including international assets.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and possess expertise in trusts and tax-efficient wealth structuring.

My client is a legal 500 law firm, currently on the lookout for an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to join their team in Central London.Key Responsibilities:

Advise on wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate matters
Handle inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
Manage complex estates, including those with international assets
Work closely with financial advisors, accountants, and tax specialists
Build and maintain strong client relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor (2 years’ PQE plus)
Expertise in trusts, estate planning, and tax-efficient wealth structuring
STEP qualification (preferred, not essential)
Exceptional client care and communication skills
Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle a varied caseload independently
