Role Summary:The position involves advising on a broad range of private equity transactions, working within a collaborative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private equity structures and the ability to deliver exceptional legal advice tailored to client's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising private equity sponsors, investors, and portfolio companies on a variety of corporate transactions, including buyouts, investments, and exits.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transactional documents such as SPAs, SHAs, and investment agreements.Managing transaction processes, including due diligence and related workstreams.Working on cross-border transactions, leveraging the firm's global resources.Collaborating with specialists across disciplines such as tax, finance, and regulatory to provide comprehensive legal solutions.Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering innovative, commercially-focused advice.Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years PQE, or equivalent experience.Solid background in private equity or corporate M&A, ideally gained at a leading law firm.Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to handle complex transactions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse client base.A commercial mindset and a commitment to delivering top-quality legal advice.
