Our client, an independent Third Party Claims Administrator, are looking to recruit a Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor who will be responsible for handling and managing Professional Indemnity claims with a focus on SRA regulated Professionals and FCA regulated Professionals. This is a hybrid role located in London (City), with flexibility for some remote work.

The ideal candidates will be qualified Solicitor with experience in handling Professional Indemnity claims and a strong knowledge of insurance law, contract law, and relevant litigation processes.

You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team along with experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
