The team includes experienced lawyers and legal professionals committed to guiding their clients through the often challenging cases of property litigation. The firm specialises in a wide range of property disputes. Some key areas include boundary disputes, lease renewals, construction disputes and landlord and tenant disputes. Finally, the firm offers great opportunities for career progression and upskilling its employees and has a great reputation in the property space.Your new roleYou will manage complex real estate disputes, and provide expert legal advice. You will oversee a variety of intricate cases, develop strategic approaches to resolve disputes and present clients in court proceedings. Some key areas you will focus on are landlord and tenant disputes, commercial lease disputes, dilapidations and adverse possession. You will also be expected to mentor and assist in training the more junior members of the team. What you'll need to succeed

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years PQE.
  • Experience of managing people.
  • A background in property litigation.
  • UK experience.
