Highly reputable legal 100 Law Firm in London seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor with Housing Management knowledge on a full-time, permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilful solicitor to join our client’s highly regarded practice based in Central London. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters.Responsibilities
  • Injunctions
  • Possession claims
  • Disrepair
  • Service charge disputes
  • Cases before the FTT
  • Non- contentious matters such as policy advice
  • Drafting tenancy agreements
The Candidate
  • Solicitors with a minimum of one years’ PQE in Property Litigation matters
  • Experience in housing management and property litigation is essential
  • Strong academic background, attaining a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
  • Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic
