In, addition to its own clients, the team integrates with our Family, Property and Private Client teams on aspects of their work.The Role:This is an excellent opportunity to slot into the core of the team at junior level, ideally 1-3 PQE. We seek a committed and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys this area of law and wishes to be a top-performing litigator. The work encompasses all aspects of property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light work, TLATA claims and professional negligence matters, along with a specialist leasehold enfranchisement practice.
