Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-3 years’ PQE, London, £Competitive (DOE) - This award-winning, mid-size law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its London team. JOB REF: 8593This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated Property Litigation Solicitor who has experience of property law, enfranchisement and lease extensions.• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with 2-3 years' PQE gained with another reputable law firm.• You will be responsible for a diverse range of property related disputes, including determination of leases, applications to court to fix the terms of new business leases, pursuing unpaid rent and service charges, enforcing the performance of covenants, possession claims and sub-lettings.• Experience of enfranchisement and lease extensions is essential. • You will have excellent time management, organisation, and case management skills as well as excellent drafting and communication skills.• Experience of, or a desire to, undertake business development and networking is preferred.• Competitive remuneration package on offer• Contact Kate Stubbs at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
