A prominent law firm is actively seeking a skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join its dynamic team of specialist real estate solicitors, located just a short walk from Blackfriars station in central London.

As their newest Property Litigation Solicitor, you'll be representing an extraordinarily broad spectrum of clients in contentious property cases, joining a team of seasoned professionals and working closely with highly experienced lawyers with strongly established reputations in this field.

What does this Property Litigation Solicitor job involve?

Your role will primarily focus on development risk work, representing clients from property portfolio holders, charities and retailers, house builders and developers, private individuals and social landlords, to government institutions. This team also receives work from the wider real estate department within the firm.

You will be involved in a variety of matters, working within a team that covers the full range of property litigation services. Your caseload will include advising on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, land claims, commercial property advice and portfolio management, risk advice, and court work.

What they're looking for in a Property Litigation Solicitor:
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience within property litigation, up to and including Associate level.

  • Previous experience with matters relating to development risk-easement, restrictive covenants, overage disputes, and service charge disputes-would be ideal.
