Position - In-house Senior Property SolicitorLocation - LondonCompetitive salarySalary - £65,000-£90,000This is a new role for an in-house senior property solicitor for a property management company in London. In this role you will be responsible for managing the legal processes of selling and purchasing commercial buildings, high-end residential properties across the country, creating lease extensions and conducting other property law matters. You will also receive exposure to other areas of legal work including litigation, on which you will be able to assist specialist solicitors.The role will be leading the property team that currently consists of 3 Solicitors and a Paralegal. This will involve the supervision and training of juniors, as well as advising more senior solicitors and company directors.
