Real Estate Finance - Partner   Exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm in their London office.Real Estate Finance – Partner – 9+ years PQE – Salary up to £150K – London On offer is an opportunity to join a renowned Real Estate Finance team, where you’ll engage with top commercial clients and benefit from excellent career prospects. If you’re ambitious, self-driven, and able to manage your own caseload while supervising junior staff, this could be the perfect role for you.Our client is looking for a solicitor who is client-focused and eager to work with an impressive portfolio of banking clients. There is no requirement for a portable following. The successful candidate will have qualified experience in real estate law, particularly with substantial transactional experience, and/or banking, as the role involves close collaboration with the Banking team.The Candidate
  • Associate with 9+ years PQE.
  • Good exposure to transactional real estate finance matters.
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
