The Real Estate Finance team has an established track record in complex transactions, advising clients in diverse industries on investment, development, and financing.Position OverviewThey are seeking a talented and driven Associate with experience in real estate finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex real estate finance transactions, possess an eye for detail, and excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and build relationships with a diverse, global clientele.Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.
- Advise clients on complex financing structures, acquisitions, and real estate investment.
- Manage and support client relationships, delivering responsive, high-quality service.
- Work closely with colleagues across various disciplines, including tax, corporate, and restructuring, to provide holistic legal solutions.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on real estate finance regulations and trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified lawyer with 1-5 years' PQE in real estate finance, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
- Strong knowledge of financing structures, banking, and real estate law.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proactive, client-oriented approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
