This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious US law firm as part of its Legal 500 ranked Real Estate Finance team. Renowned for advising on some of the most significant and high-profile transactions worldwide. 

The Role:

As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising lenders, borrowers, investors and developers on financing structures, compliance and documentation. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on real estate finance matters, including the purchase, development, financing, leasing and sale of investment properties
• Act for both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions, from conventional commercial loans to complex capital markets and securitised transactions across Europe
• Draft and negotiate loan documentation and financing agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks
• Work closely with clients to structure and execute deals that align with their objectives and strategic goals
• Manage the due diligence process, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and on time

About you:

• You will have at least 1-year PQE in real estate finance, with experience in high-end transactions involving complex financing structures
• Outstanding academic credentials and experience working in a top-tier law firm
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• A keen interest in real estate finance and a commercial, client-focused approach to legal work
