Based in their Central London office, you'll be joining a firm recognised as a Tier 1 leader in the Legal 500, known for its excellence and impressive reputation in the London market.Property Litigation Senior Associate – 6+ years PQE – Salary up to £150K – Central LondonAs a key member of this dynamic and growing team, you'll handle a broad spectrum of contentious real estate matters. These include service charge disputes, lease renewals, overage disputes, professional negligence, and possession issues. You'll work alongside some of the industry's top professionals, gaining exposure to clients across diverse sectors and further honing your expertise in a firm that values excellence and collaboration.The Candidate
  • An experienced solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE.
  • Good exposure to contentious real estate matters mainly consisting of commercial property.
  • Proven experience of supervising/mentoring junior associates.
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
