The role:
- Managing a diverse caseload from inception to completion.
- Advising on inquests, regulatory, disciplinary, and criminal matters.
- Conducting legal research to develop case strategies.

- Representing clients in hearings and undertaking advocacy.
- Collaborating with medical professionals and other experts.
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
- Proven experience in healthcare-related legal matters.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
