THE ROLE:As a senior lawyer, you will work closely with the Head of Legal to provide high-quality, expert legal support and play a key role in managing legal and regulatory risks. Responsibilities will include handling judicial review cases, advising colleagues on regulatory litigation and strategies and collaborating on policy and process decisions across all stakeholders within the organisation.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are open to qualified solicitors and barristers with significant experience in the regulatory sector, and a thorough understanding of the full professional regulation process. Eligibility to practice as a Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales is essential. The appointed lawyer will have proven understanding of public and administrative law, encompassing judicial review and the principles of fair decision-making.
