The firm prides itself on its quality service and on being approachable and accessible.THE ROLE:You will have a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property which will include:Freehold and Leasehold purchases and sales of both residential and commercial propertiesBuy to letPurchase of newly built propertiesPurchase of property off planBuying under the Right to Buy Scheme (Council and Housing Association)Mortgages and re-mortgages of both residential and commercial propertiesLeases – new, renewals and extensions for a variety of businesses Lease assignmentsLicence arrangementsRent reviewsPartnership agreementsPlanning and licensing applicationsTHE CANDIDATE:You should be newly qualified or have 1 year PQE and experience of both residential and conveyancing property transactions. This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
