This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly regarded firm with a strong property team, handling a varied caseload across both residential and commercial property matters.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will manage end-to-end transactions across a range of property matters, including:
  • Handling residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leases as well as commercial property transactions like acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements
  • Conducting title investigations, searches, and addressing any property issues that arise
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, transfer documents, and other legal documentation
  • Acting as the main contact for clients, agents, and third parties, ensuring smooth communication and transaction flow
  • Providing high-quality client care, managing inquiries, and guiding clients throughout the property transaction process
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining standards in risk management and compliance
