My client is a dynamic and growing legal firm that is seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to join their team.You will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, supervise and develop junior staff, and directly contribute to the continued success of the business. - Manage a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development- Develop strong relationships with estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to win new businessPreferred Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience running a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Strong knowledge and technical expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including leasehold, lease extensions, transfers of equity, new build, and SDLT requirements
- Proven track record of managing unregistered properties and dealing with property restrictions and cautions
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and building strong relationships with estate agents and brokers
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure
