A regional, legal 500 law firm are looking for a motivated and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/ Lawyer to join their award-winning residential property team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, etc.).
  • Draft and review contracts and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct due diligence on property titles to identify legal issues
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, providing legal advice and updates.
  • Collaborate with solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent client care.
  • Track billing and meet financial targets.
  • Contribute to business development and team growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong expertise in all areas of property transactions
  • Highly organised and well-versed in regulatory compliance, including Lexcel and ISO standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Consistently meet billing targets
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships
